Important Information:

Supervision: All Bouncy Hire Equipment must have an adult aged 18+ supervising at all times.

Safety: 3 Fully enclosed sides, 4 with netting to ensure easy spectating, 1 mid-sized opening at the front to keep little ones safe inside. Foam placed at entry-way.

Power required: One (1) standard 10 amp power outlets on an un-shared circuit within 20 meters of set up area are required for this inflatable. This means NO POWER BOARDS or DOUBLE ADAPTORS can be used or other equipment plugged into the same outlet (A 10 amp outlet is an ordinary household outlet).

Access required: 1.2 Metre width. This means gates, paths, doors and any access route from where we can park our vehicle to your set up point must be a minimum of 1.2 metre in width. If you have gravelled paths, steps, slopes or steep driveways, YOU MUST advise us at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply and we may refuse to install your inflatable if you have not advised us of any of these obstacles.

Security Deposit: All Bouncy Castles require a $100 security deposit to be paid prior to your event.

This deposit is held to cover any potential damage, excessive cleaning, loss of equipment, or breach of hire terms.

The security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the hire period, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The hired equipment and all accessories are returned in the same condition as received.
  • No damage, stains, or excessive cleaning is required.
  • All items are returned on time and as per the agreed hire terms.
  • No violation of the hire agreement has occurred.
