• Delivery and Pickup

    • Hire Times

      Equipment setup is typically done during daylight hours for easy setup. The standard hire time for Ball Pits and Bouncy Castles hire is 12 hours The Metal Detectors and accessory Hire are paid per hour.  

    • Delivery

      The equipment will be delivered to the street address specified by the Customer. By hiring the equipment, the Customer grants BBCH the right to enter the property at the specified delivery address for equipment pickup at the scheduled time.  

      If the equipment or bouncy castle is to be set up in a local park, the Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary approval and permits from the local government authority. Written approval and any special conditions must be provided to BBCH.  

    • Pickup

      For Ball Pits: Please disassemble the Ball Pits, leaving neatly ready for collection.
      For Bouncy Castles: Please leave inflated for our cleaner to clean the castle, then remain inflated to dry, ready for our pickup team.

    • Setup

      Want to ensure you are super prepared? Check this list out!

      1. Check space required - Do you know where you want your party equipment?
        Must have:
        - A dry even surface
        - No rocks or gravel
        - No Power Lines and or other Infrastructure positioned above Setup Area.
        - Emergency Evacuation area access
      2. Check electricity required - Have you got a power point free and ready to use?
      3. Check path to setup location, are there any steps or gates? Do you have a dog that needs to be locked away?
      4. Have you read our terms and conditions? This has the rules, safety procedures and emergency evacuation information. You will need to sign that you have read it on the day.
      5. Have you paid? All our bookings require payment 5 days before event (unless booking last minute - which will need to be paid before delivery. We do not accept cash payment on the day)
      6. You will get a text from us a few days prior and on the day with weather updates! Is your contact information correct?
      7. Lastly.. Did you want any extras? Book in advance! Limited quantities avail.

  • Payment

    • Deposit

      A 50% deposit is required for booking, when you are guided through the booking system Rentle. Full payment is due 5 days prior to event date. Please note, your deposit will be forfeited if full payment has not been made, or your booking is cancelled. You can transfer your booking date, if the requested date is available. If there is adverse weather, resulting in inability to use equipment, you will be offered a choice of full refund or date change. 

    • Credit Card

      We use a system called 'Rentle' which accepts Major Credit Cards. You will be directed to this website for your booking. 

    • Refunds

      Your deposit will be forfeited if full payment has not been made 5 days prior to event booking, or your booking is cancelled due to change of mind within 2 days of your event. You bear the right to transfer your booking date, if required, with 48 hours notice. If there is adverse weather, resulting in inability to use equipment, you will be offered a choice of full refund or date change. 

  • Insurance

    We are full insured by Sports Underwriting Australia, with Platinum Liability to the amounts of:

    General Liability - $20,000,00.

    Professional Indemnity - $1,000,000 and

    Management Liability $1,000,000.
