Assembly & Setup/Pack down:

We deliver all equipment to your event location. Assembly is made easy with a printed instruction manual provided on the day with a QR code to clear video instructions.

Pack down of Playpen and balls is to be completed before pick up. Failure to pack away and have equipment ready for pick up will incur a fee of $80 payable on the day.

Need a hand? Assembly or operator supervision is available for an additional fee.

Key Information:

• Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult aged 18 years or older.

• Playpen Safety: Built with rounded edges, 58cm-high panels, and child-friendly design. Supervision is essential due to small openings in the panels.

• Cleaning Standards: No food or drinks are permitted inside the ball pit. All equipment is cleaned thoroughly before and after each hire to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
